- May – Purchase siding off Craigs list
- May – Sawmill on site
- June 4 – House Plans done and submitted to building inspector
- July 22 – Building permit approved
- July 29 – Break ground
- Oct – Foundations done
- Nov 3 – Framing begins
2011
- Jan – Weather tight
- Feb – Interior framing and windows
- March – Metal roof
- April – Interior framing done
- May – Rough in plumbing done
- May – Last windows installed
- May – Electrical begins
- June – Porch mostly done
- June 15 – First load of scrap granite for floor
- June 26 – Prepping exterior trim
- July – Exterior doors
- July 31 – Siding begins
- Aug – Insulation
- Sept – Hanging drywall
- Sept 13 – Siding done
- Oct – laying granite scrap floor
- Oct – Appliances installed
- Nov – Interior window trim
- Nov – Finishing second floor floors
- Nov – Adam and Spartan begin work for Sandri, shower installed, rough in plumbing done, electrical done, stairs to second floor
- Dec – Jan 2012 – Finish carpenter Bill Deters hangs and trims out interior doors, finishes stairs to third floor
2012
- Jan 31st – Occupancy granted by building department; our son Max is born
